Yes, all generic medications on our formulary.

Your 123Healthy.Me program will be usable within 24-36 hours after sign up.

Signing up is easy, it will only take a few moments to answer required information. Call us, we can help you sign up.

Only your generic medications on the formulary are free with your monthly subscription. Receive up to 80% off all FDA approved medications using your 123HealthyMe card.

Our pharmacists can help determine if there is an equivalent drug to help meet your medical need. Or, you may obtain brand name medications through your retail pharmacy at a contracted cost. You can save up to 80% on all FDA approved medications using your 123HealthMe card at your retail pharmacy.

We proudly offer over the counter (OTC) medications through mail order at 50% or more off retail prices.

OTC medications purchased in conjunction with your prescription medication orders are shipped together FREE.

OTC medications are shipped FREE to your home on OTC purchases over $25.

On OTC medication purchases alone totalling $24.99 or less, shipping is $5.99. 

No copays for our telehealth services, ever!

Expedited shipping prices are as follows: Next Day $44.95, 2 Day $29.95, 3 day $19.95

Over the counter medication orders under $24.99 only are $5.99 for shipping. Orders over $25 are shipped FREE.

All family members must live at the same address for our pharmacy program. Shipping address can change depending upon circumstances.

Family Telehealth plans cover dependent children under age 26 on your selected plan and may reside at a separate address. 

Our pharmacist will contact your local pharmacy or physician and have your prescription transferred to us.

The quantity will be as per the doctor’s order on the prescription, up to a 90 day supply. However, there is a maximum quantity limit allowed by the program, and you will be informed of this should it apply to your prescribed amount of medication. Charges may occur for maximum quantity limits exceeded.

Yes, we support 30 day and 90- day prescriptions. The most economical will be a 90-day supply!

A digital member card will be available from the online portal to download or print after you enroll.

Yes, present your membership card to your local pharmacy and pick up your acute medications FREE listed in our formulary. If you have a chronic or maintenance medication or other prescriptions outside of our published formulary and brand name medications, your prescription cost will be at the contractual rate at up to 80% off all FDA approved medications.

You will receive a free meter, low- cost testing strips, and lancets.

It will depend on your shipping preference. If you use USPS standard shipping time is 1 to 3 days after the prescription is received in our pharmacy.

2 Day $15.00.

Our standard USPS shipping time is 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping is faster.

Yes, we can ship to P.O. Box.

Yes, USPS provides tracking information.

If the medication is not on the formulary, call customer service to see if we can special order the medication. Additionally, our pharmacists can help determine an equivalent drug to help meet your medication need.

If your medication is damaged, give customer service a call and we assist you with the next steps to obtain your medication.

Yes, your prescription can be mailed to America’s Pharmacy Source, Customer Service, 947 W. Waterloo Akron, OH 44314.

At this time, we don’t not offer automatic refills, however; we can set you up for SMS text reminders to remind you when your next refill is due.

Get Your Prescription Medications Shipped Right To Your Home!

We have partnered with The United States Post Office to make sure your packages arrive safely and securely. All packages that leave our facility are scanned and tracked through USPS’ state-of-the-art tracking system so that you always know where your package is, until it arrives at your door. Shipping only takes 3-5 business days to almost anywhere in the continental U.S. Rest assured your medications are on their way and are handled with the utmost care.
